Question about “With out logo,” I like the less busy look with out the logo, does this leave any type of residual mark?
It actually looks very sleek without the logo. We won’t place any lettering in that area of the dial, so there won’t be any visible marks or residue.

What does upgrade the rotor mean and how will it effect it’s performance?
The upgrade is more for aesthetic purposes when paired with a transparent caseback. For example here's how it would look like if you add the upgrade to your watch:
