I am planning to customise my seiko watch but how does that work? After payment how can I design?
After payment please email us your specifications. If you have any photos it'll be helpful. We'll then build your watch and send you a photo or video for confirmation before it's shipped out.

can i build a Seiko Mod Submariner in a 36-38mm size?
Sorry thats not possible because the standard mold for submariners is 40mm and the watch case cannot be made any smaller than that

do i have to pay before i get to design my watch?
Yes that's correct. After payment, please contact customer service with your order number and specifications. Once completed, we will send you a photo or video of your watch before shipping.
